What is included

All raised panel solid wood doors are priced with standard 4-5/8" solid wood jambs in the same wood species as the door. Also included are ogee door stops and 3 light brass hinges. Other hinge selections and jamb widths are available. All single swing doors and jambs are edge beveled and prepped for 3-1/2 " radius corner hinges with a standard lock prep of 2-3/8" backset x 2-1/8" diameter. Double doors come with light brass ball catches and no lock prep unless specified otherwise. Door slabs are not prepped or beveled. Bifold doors come with jambs, track and hardware unless specified otherwise. All jambs are shipped knocked down with loose stops.

Installation instructions

It should take no more than 5 minutes per door to put back in a prehung condition. It is recommended that the final paint or varnish be applied before the doors and jambs are assembled. It is also recommended that the jambs are installed to the studs using wood screws countersunk behind the door stop. After the doors and jambs are installed in the opening it is recommended that your locksets are installed before fastening the door stops to the jambs. Allow a credit card width between the door and the stop on the hinge side. Latch the door and then install the lock side stop tight to the door. Install the head stop last.
